As the member of the PRISMA GROUP, Prisma Holding cPLC was established in 2012, as the legal successor of Port Faktor cPLC seated at Szeged, with more than 10 years experience in the field of trade faktoring. The new owners of the Company put emphasis on starting the activity of the Company with the well-known participants of the economic and business life as the members of the Managment and the Board.

The State Money and Capital Market Supervision approved the operation of Prisma Holding Zrt. (formerly Port Faktor Zrt) with its decision number 2324/1999.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

PRISMA HOLDING Zrt. offers a new and unique service in the domestic credit market: crisis management and debt settlement advice for small and medium-sized enterprises.

LENDING

The Financial Stability Council of the National Bank of Hungary approved the expansion of the scope of activity of Prisma Holding Zrt with its decision number H-EN-I-1335/2013. The Financial Enterprise carries out the lending and loan granting financial service activity defined in point b) of paragraph (1) of Section 3 of Act CXII of 1996 on Credit Institutions and Financial Enterprises (Hpt.) without business restrictions and modifies its scope of activity accordingly.
